The Modern International Corporation for Communication and Information Technology (Bevatel) signed a cooperation and partnership agreement with Go Telecom Monday, 7 February 2023, at the International Tech Event LEAP 23, launched in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This agreement creates new cooperation with both companies to help multiple establishments and businesses utilize new communications technologies depending on the latest Bevatel cloud call center and CRM solutions with professional tools and unlimited features.
Bevatel – Go Telecom Agreement comes during some of Bevatel representatives’ existence at the second edition of the International Tech Event, which started on Sunday, 6 February 2023., and lasted until 9 February with #LEAP23 Hashtag with a presence of more than 100000 technical innovative and expert from all over of the world and more than 500 expert talkers.
The cooperation resulted in a partnership with an agreement to provide the Go Telecom customers with Bevatel cloud solutions for call centers, Bevatel Business Chat for all social media channels, and WhatsApp Business API across all of Saudi Arabia.
This agreement is a part of Bevatel’s expansions, and it’s one of its steps in spreading its cloud solutions and systems for call center and customer service in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region in general and developing the establishments and business contact centers for improving sales, customer service and technical support performance.
Mr. Khled Al-Rashid, the founder and CEO of the International Modern Establishment for Communications and Information Technology, signed this agreement with Yehia Bin Saleh Al-Mansour, the CEO of Go Telecom, and they both stressed the importance of this cooperation for the Two companies and its future role in developing the establishments and businesses contact centers in Saudi Arabia.
In this regard, Mr. Hassan Ahmed, the general manager of the International Modern Establishment for Communications and Information Technology, expressed his gratitude for cooperating with Go Telecom. He also stressed the importance of this agreement when he witnessed the continuous Bevatel expansions in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region and achieved the Kingdom Vision 2030.
Bevatel – Go Telecom Agreement comes as a part of a series of partnerships conducted by Bevatel with mega contact center corporations in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East to provide solutions with multiple features and more professional systems serving numerous establishments and business sectors and meeting the growing needs and requirements of the sales, customer service and technical support departments.
