2- Notifications feature development

Bevatel Cloud Call Center updates include a new notification feature. This feature alerts call center managers and call center employees in your organization or business with the details of renewing their subscription to the Bevatel Call Center system or the customer service management system, and other Bevatel systems.

These Notifications include:

  • Notification of the imminent end of subscription to the Bevatel systems.
  • Notice of subscription expiration and service renewal alert.

From now,  the notification feature appears for the call center manager and call center employees in the Bevatel system control panel instead of notifying them via e-mail or WhatsApp.

3- Develop user and admin permissions

Bevatel Cloud Call Center Updates include the development of the permissions of both users and security (call center employees and call center managers).

We explain the new permissions as follows:-

  • Change account picture and user info
  • Change the name of the extension, login times, and voice messages.
  • Change employee names and passwords.

Users can change their personal account pictures and modify account information on the Bevatel system.

The admin (call center manager) can also change the working hours and voice messages that the call center operates, change the name of the transfer, and change the names of the call center employees’ accounts and the passwords for each employee.

4- Live reports regarding the call center
